1. Data controller
The data controller for personal data collected through this website is KeyMasterArcade (hereinafter, "the Controller"), with registered address at Calle Provenza 87, Barcelona (Spain), and contact email address info@keymasterarcade.com. For any enquiry related to data protection you may write to that address or use the contact form available on the website.
2. Data we collect
Through the contact form we collect the following data: name, company or business, email address, phone number, machine type of interest, business location and message. This data is provided voluntarily by the user when submitting the form.
3. Purpose of processing
The personal data collected is used exclusively to: (a) respond to information requests submitted through the contact form; (b) provide quotes or information about availability of arcade machines; (c) manage the commercial relationship should the user decide to engage our services.
4. Legal basis
The legal basis for processing your data is the consent you give by ticking the acceptance checkbox on the contact form, in accordance with Article 6(1)(a) of the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). You may withdraw your consent at any time.
5. Data retention
Personal data will be kept for as long as necessary to fulfil your request and, once resolved, for the legally required retention periods. If no commercial relationship is established, data will be deleted within a maximum of 12 months from receipt of the form.
6. Data recipients
Data is not shared with third parties except where required by law. The following providers act as data processors in the delivery of the service: (a) Vercel Inc., which provides website hosting and aggregate analytics; (b) Discord, through which messages sent via the contact form are received in an internal channel for handling. Both providers are located outside the European Economic Area, so an international transfer of data may take place. Such transfers are carried out under the safeguards set out in Chapter V of the GDPR (adequacy decision, standard contractual clauses or other appropriate safeguards), in accordance with the data processing terms published by each provider.
7. User rights
You may exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, portability and objection by contacting us through the website form. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (www.aepd.es) if you believe your rights have not been properly addressed.
8. Cookies
This website uses no cookies, neither first-party nor third-party, and stores no information of any kind on the user's device. To obtain aggregate usage statistics we use Vercel Web Analytics, a tool that uses neither cookies nor persistent identifiers and does not allow visitors to be identified individually. For this reason, and in accordance with article 22.2 of the Spanish LSSI-CE, no prior consent is requested and no cookie notice is displayed. Should cookies requiring consent be introduced in the future, prior notice will be given and a preference management system will be provided.
9. Changes
We reserve the right to modify this privacy policy to adapt it to legislative changes or changes in our activities. We recommend reviewing it periodically.
